Are there bathrooms?
Heck yeah we got bathrooms and they're spectacular. One in the front one in the back.
What if I need more than one desk?
We offer discounts for members who want their partners to buddy up and get in on this sweet deal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accpet all major credit cards and Paypal with a discount for paying 6 months and/or one year in advance. We also accept checks that don't bounce.
Do I need insurance?
The Action Factory LA takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged equipment while on the property. Each individual business is liable for their own property, thus each business should have their own insurance to cover any theft or damages for their own property. If you are renting the soundstage you will need to add THE ACTION FACTORY LA as a loss payee on your insurance.
When buying a POP In do I need to pick a date, or is it good for only that day.
Normally the Pop In is only good for the day you pick, unless you have purchased several POP Ins, which means you can use them whatever days we are open.
Do I have to bring my own computer or do you provide on?
We have a few 17in Imacs that are available to all users, but we highly suggest that you bring your own.
